Morten Just Hansen joined Hollister Incorporated in 2002 and in November 2025 was promoted to the newly created role of Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for JDS Inc., Hollister’s parent company. As Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Just Hansen oversees global strategy, marketing, market access, and customer insights across all regions.
He has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility within the Global Marketing Organization, including serving as Global Marketing Director for Dansac Ostomy. Most recently, Just Hansen was Vice President, International Commercial Businesses, known for guiding teams to achieve market share growth through disciplined sales and marketing programs. In 2012, he moved from Global Marketing to the company’s Global Sales organization and has subsequently held numerous roles, including Business Unit Manager, Denmark; Regional Managing Director, Nordics; Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific; Regional Vice President, Central Europe and Nordics; Regional Vice President, Continental Europe; and, most recently, Vice President, International Commercial Businesses and Continental Europe Service Businesses.
Just Hansen began his marketing and sales career with Danish companies in Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining Hollister, he worked in Continence Care Marketing at Maersk Medical.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, along with a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.
