I have been with Hollister more than 11 years, and what attracted me was the way the company supports a work-life balance. I was frank in my interviews that my family comes first, but you’ll get 110% from me if you can accept that. When the manager who ultimately hired me said he understood and agreed, I knew I was in the right place.
Whether it’s wound care or ostomy, Hollister truly understands and supports its customers and the nurses who care for them. I have purposefully not changed from being a sales specialist because I love what I do, but there are a lot of different ways to grow at Hollister. I appreciate that our leadership has continued to proactively help me develop my career path. I’ve been a mentor for more than six years, and I have also served on the sales advisory team--both are really rewarding.
Hollister has a top-of-the-line reputation with its products and, as sales specialists, we go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers. As a sales team, we often brainstorm together on how to be more efficient and become better at what we do—we’re very collaborative.
