Karaya Powder
This hydrocolloid powder may be used to absorb moisture around the stoma which allows the barrier to adhere to the skin better so the skin can heal. The powder should only be used when skin is moist.
Apply powder after skin washed and thoroughly dried. Brush off excess powder before applying skin barrier. Broken or irritated skin should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
